Elasticity modulus tests :
checking of mechanical resistance classes of timber ( test before finger-jointing) , according to
validation requirements on bending, density and elasticity data.

Finger-jointing tests :
finger-joints are checked until break point of the piece. Recording of the results.

 Gluing tests :
checking of the homogeneity in resistance of the glued surfaces, a fundamental test in relation to the ten-years guarantee. Results are kept during 10 years, and samples registered.

 Delamination tests :
artificial ageing of glulam timber and checking of the maintaining of its mechanical properties.

Full tracking process : to guarantee the identification of all manufacturing steps, from row material supplies to the packed finished products, each COSYLVA glued wood is labelled and marked.
